Every Undies is just one person, relying predominantly on word of mouth and other organic advertising. I don't use agencies, have ads running on my site or anything like that. Obviously communicating via the web has all the kinds of security risks from bots and hackers that all websites inherently face, but I do my best to limit those. When you order, be aware of the name you choose for your delivery - I will put whatever name you include on the shipping address, so as not to out anyone by using their preferred name without permission. My courier bags are plain and unlabeled, and my labels have my own name as the sender, not the name of my business, so you can be confident in the discretion of the packaging.
