Shipping

Because all products are made to order, they may be a week or 2 between you placing and paying for the order and my finishing and shipping it. If you have any questions, or you're in a hurry, please get in touch before ordering and I'll see if I can expedite it for you. Please bare in mind that I do live with a disabling chronic illness, so have very limited useful hours in a week. I get to the work as fast as I am able, but I can not guarantee I will be able to manage a faster turnaround time.

Within NZ, I ship all items via NZ Post's courier service. This should be an overnight service to urban addresses and PO boxes, if they are not experiencing delays. 

Rural addresses take a few more days - you will probably have a better idea than I about delivery times to your area.

If you are in or around Christchurch, you can arrange for you to collect your order, by appointment, from Dallington. I will let you know when it's finished, so we can arrange collection.

International delivery: at this stage, I'm not offering international delivery for webstore orders, because it's complicated. If you want to order something for delivery outside of NZ, please get in touch and I will get a shipping quote for you.
